- Access Duration: The product must have been accessed for a minimum of 72 hours prior to submitting a refund request. Refund requests submitted within this 72-hour period will be automatically denied, and the requester will be permanently disqualified from any future refund eligibility. This policy is implemented to safeguard against fraudulent activities, as the likelihood of abuse is significantly higher within this timeframe. Just Luster reserves the right to dismiss any refund requests submitted within this period without further review.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase for The Ghost Creator from Just Luster must be provided.
- Program Completion: You must have completed the entire program, and Just Luster reserves the right to verify this completion. Additionally, you are required to provide proof that you have diligently implemented all the strategies and steps outlined in the product as instructed. This proof must demonstrate that you have followed the guidance provided in the book and executed it in the manner prescribed.
- Proof of Implementation: In order to qualify for a refund, you must supply verifiable evidence that you have worked through the entire content of the program and taken the actions exactly as outlined. This may include detailed documentation, screenshots, or other relevant materials showing your active engagement with the material and its application. Failure to provide adequate proof of implementation will result in the denial of your refund request.
- Constructive Feedback: Detailed and constructive feedback must be provided when applying for a refund, specifically addressing the aspects of the product that failed to meet expectations. General dissatisfaction or misunderstandings do not qualify for a refund.
- Refund Request Deadline: The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Any requests received after this period will not be considered.
